I'm a Strategy-to-Execution Leader that has built and grown multiple TPM and engineering leadership teams, establishing scalable processes and frameworks to enable them to repeatably deliver on-time, high-quality products. I've joined multiple teams right as they started scaling and have led delivery of their subsequent generations of product to market as well as developed the operational infrastructure for predictable success.

 

I've found most teams struggle with a few basic themes: maintaining technical roadmap clarity, pulling in new product changes without derailing existing plans, identifying and focusing the team on the top risks, and actively managing towards release criteria from the start to ensure no surprises as release dates arrive. I established PTX to help teams and leaders build these skills and have created multiple training materials that showcase my methods and pragmatic approach.

As I've grown with PTX and gotten a better understanding of where I can help the Portland Metro tech and program leadership community, I've expanded my offerings beyond just technical execution best practices and have developed and delivered workshops and trainings that help leaders and job seekers. I help both groups work through ambiguity, make clearer decisions, and develop strategic and business acumen.

These days, my work with PTX is volunteer and community-based. I facilitate workshops, mentor leaders 1-1 and in cohorts, and provide a variety of online materials. No one should need to navigate today's complex and ambiguous challenges alone. My work provides support and connection to my community in a time when both are needed.
