Pragmatic Tech Execution Training

Improve your execution effectiveness and velocity with Training, Workshops, and Online Courses

Training

Pragmatic Tech Execution (PTX) offers multiple courses that will improve your team's ability to deliver flawlessly, even in the most challenging environments.

Training consists of a one or two hour facilitated session combined with discussion and Q&A time.  This structure is designed to ensure learners leave with a strong understanding of the topic as well as how to apply the learnings in their environment.

Workshops

PTX workshops provide an expanded training experience with an additional hour of facilitated discussion to identify team challenges with respect to the training topic, talk through application of the training material to address, and leave learners with a clear action plan to implement the changes in their environment.

Do-It-Yourself Courses

For those looking for training at their own pace and in their own environment, PTX offers a do-it-yourself approach with our online courses.  Online courses are tailored for individual training and include interactive activities to ensure strong comprehension as well as overall course engagement.
