This course will enable learners to improve their team’s ability to absorb customer requested or market defined changes in a way that optimizes customer schedule, feature, and quality goals. Learners will be able to: - Identify their team’s specific challenges with absorbing customer or market changes. - Understand the key tenets of a change control process that is adaptive. - Apply an adaptive change control process to their team’s situation. - Assess effectiveness of adaptive change control to their team’s processes.
