Training Session - 60 minutes

Improve your ability to deliver in high-stakes or ambiguous environments by focusing on what matters.  Learn how to identify the issues most likely to derail your program and apply a systematic approach to addressing them effectively and efficiently.

Pain Point Discovery - 30 minutes

Diagnose your pain points driving issues to resolution, such as less effective problem-solving techniques, focusing on the wrong problems, assigning the wrong owners, or not driving through to resolution with discipline.

Action Planning - 30 minutes

Identify your Top Issues Leader, structure your Top Issues Sync, and address your top pain points in an Action Plan tailored to your situation.

Training Session - 60 minutes

Improve your ability to absorb customer-requested changes in a way that optimizes schedule, feature, and quality goals.  Identify your challenges incorporating changes seamlessly and learn how to create or modify your change control process to address those challenges.

Pain Point Discovery - 30 minutes

Diagnose your pain points with respect to absorbing changes, such as saying yes without sufficient analysis leading to unachievable commitments that disappoint customers and burn out your team, saying no too quickly and frustrating customers, or defining processes that are too complex to follow or too simplistic to ensure adequate consideration of changes.

Action Planning - 30 minutes

Define your change request structure, compose or refine an existing change request process to address pain points, and analyze how to use data gathered to make informed, customer-focused decisions.

Improve your ability to deliver software that repeatably meet or exceed your schedule, feature, and quality goals.  Learn how to establish measurable, customer-focused, and pragmatic release criteria and how to use those criteria to make informed product release decisions.  Discover how to actively manage release criteria with discipline to help ensure product goals are met.

Pain Point Discovery - 30 minutes

Diagnose your pain points with respect to product releases, such as under-scoping release activities, discovering show-stoppers late in the release cycle, letting quality issues slip through to the customer, and adding new features or fixes late in the cycle.

Action Planning - 30 minutes

Define measurable, customer-focused, and pragmatic release criteria for your current initiative.  Define a detailed release candidate schedule and identify owner and approach to manage it with discipline.
